New Orleans Wrestling Club Presents The Blue Jay Wrestling Camp

 Camp Details:  

The Blue Jay Wrestling Camp goal is to implement wrestling techniques that are balanced between fun wrestling activities and serious skill instruction. Every outstanding wrestler must possess solid fundamentals. The purpose of this camp is to teach the basic fundamentals, giving each wrestler the foundation he needs to become the best wrestler he can be. Camp is carefully planned so that campers have a positive wrestling experience in a closely supervised and fun environment.

Camp Philosophy:

To provide young men of all backgrounds, from state champions to beginners, with the ability to learn new techniques and improve upon their skill level to help them excel.

    Please have the Registration Camp / Medical Waiver forms filled out and turned in before camp begins.

What to Bring:

    Gym shorts and t-shirt - somewhat tight fit, nothing baggy

    Wrestling shoes or headgear is not required.

    3 Gatorade or 3 PowerAde drinks. Water will be provided.
