A paragraph such as this usually starts off with "unfortunately," "regretfully" or "due to circumstances beyond my control," and is then followed by an explanations with negative connotations.  The subject at present is that coverage of the 2014 LHSAA State Wrestling Championships by the Louisiana Wrestling News may range from sparse to non-existent.  Details as to why are of a personal nature and hence do not require an explanation.  Suffice to say something that has been planned for quite some time has come to fruition sooner than expected, and it is with sheer delight that I welcome the situation.  I hope you understand that it takes a grandiose event to supersede my desire to be at the Pontchartrain Center this weekend.

Please know that I wish all wrestlers a safe tournament above all else.  And remember that good fortune and respect are not gained solely by winning - the attempt is what matters..
