Starting at 132 lbs. this match went the Gators' way fast.  St. Amant amassed a 28-0 lead with four pins by Jesse Breaud, Clint Brownell, Sage Nugent and Garrett Terrell, and a major decision by Josh Averett in the first five matches.  The Spartans scored with a major decision at 170 lbs. by Chris Breaux, but the Gators got those points and two more back with successive decisions by Jordan Averett and Sheldon Guidry.  In the heaviest two weight classes the Spartans' Austin Guidry scored major decision, followed by a regular decision by Jordan Campbell.  The two East Ascension wins, however, were quickly negated with two very quick falls by the Gators' Tyler Morris and Justin Bowie in the two lightest weight classes.  The match ended on a high note for East Ascension via a major decision by Landon Wheat and a forfeit received by Jacob Bernard, but by that time St. Amant's lead was insurmountable.
