Should one quit for the night when one starts an argument with the elevator voice...or only after one wins it?

Not much is known after the first day of the 2nd Annual South Walton Border Wars.  This is merely because after the first eight hours of wrestling ended at 10 p.m. several hours of information compilation was still required by the tournament officials to set-up Saturday's brackets and pools.  As such the information provided below is strictly based on memory and thus should in no manner be considered accurate:

• Jesuit was in second place midway through the pool rounds.  Rummel and St. Paul's were in the top seven teams;
• Brody Martin, Peyton Markey and Guy Patron, Jr. were undefeated in their pools for the Blue Jays of Jesuit.  (Again, this does not mean nobody else went undefeated - it is simply what the editor can recall);
• Robert Fairchild and Joseph Kerry of Rummel were undefeated in their pools;
• Jesuit defeated John Curtis 17-14 to win the Louisiana Division I Select state football championship.  Congratulations to the Blue Jays!

With regrets, that is all the editor feels comfortable venturing to state at this time (1:45 a.m.).  Below is a fairly random sampling of photographs of Louisiana wrestlers.  Saturdays photos will not be as limited (albeit they will probably not be published until much later in the week).
