For the fifth consecutive year a Brother Martin squad won the Jefferson Invitational, held on December 10 at John Ehret High School.  A lot of known Crusader starters did not compete, but this looked to be somewhat of a "tryout" for Coach Robert Dauterive to evaluate come the more important seeding events to come.

The Crusaders racked-up 242 points, 110 higher than team runner-up Belle Chasse.  Holy Cross, John Curtis and John Ehret placed third, fourth and fifth, respectively.

The Brother Martin Crusaders had six champions, 2 runners-up, two third-place finishes and a fourth-place finish. Champions were Riley Horvath, Alex Duncan, Ben Wisniewski, Fernando Diaz, Paul Elmer and Mack Brown. Placing second were Justin Leal and Somon Anderson.  Connor Hoffman and Matthew Clap placed third  and John Oliver placed fourth.

Other champions included Central's Austin Gouedy, Camdyn Ingram of Live Oak, Joshua Bell and Remy Toups of host John Ehret, Laine McCulley of Hahnville, Brice Fisher of Belle Chasse, Sean O'Flynn of East Jefferson, and Tyler Carriere of Rayne.
