| Live Oak's Camdyn Ingram advances to the quarterfinals in the NHSCA Nationals in Virginia Beach |

Forty-nine Louisiana wrestlers went to the National High School Coaches Association Nationals in Virginia Beach, Virginia, taking place on March 23rd and 24th. Participating in the event is great regardless of the outcome. Winning makes it even better, and going undefeated in the first day's wrestling is outstanding.
Of the 49, Live Oak's Camdyn Ingram made the "outstanding" part. Ingram won matches, starting in the Round of 128, 14-10, 3:32, 1:56 and 18-3 to advance to Saturday's quarterfinals. He is the only Louisiana not to have suffered a loss all day on Friday.
Those winning one match before being relegated to the consolation rounds include Ethan Castex, Jaden Snyder, Joshua Sarpy, Clayton Hill, Martin Helouin, Trent Mahoney, Richard Mack, III, Taylor Richard, Jeremiah Brooks, Luke Romano, Gavin Christ, Taylor Clay, Patrick Evans, Tucker Almond, Cooper Simon, Nakie Brown, Charles Hudson and Matt Salinas.
Those who won their first two matches before being relegated to the consolation rounds were Mason Massicot, Morgan Manuel and Jacob Fereday.
