East Ascension's Trent Mahoney already had the record for the most pins by a Louisiana high school record, but what's four more?  His victims went down in 1:43, 2:52, 1:40 and 5:45.  He gave finals opponent Vaughn Romero, who outdueled Brother Martin's Eli Hope 5-3 in the semifinals, a break, though, and only scored a 17-1 technical fall to win his third Louisiana Classic title.
