Nationals), defended his 2021 Warrior Open title with a fall in 2:33 over
Catholic's Jude Sonnier. Bradley Anderson of St. Amant placed third over
Kevin West of Live Oak via a fall in 4:01.

This weight class was one of the more talent-laden heavier weight classes.
Two-time Division III runner-up Luke Robertson of De la Salle pinned his way
through four opponents, including a 3:59 fall over East Ascension's Gabriel
Bonin. Bonin was appropriately seeded third in the 2022 Division I state
championships, but just had a bad event. Robertson also defeated Brusly's
Division III sixth-place winner Silas Robichaux. Robichaux placed third
with a 3:54 fall over Catholic's Brennan Sonier.
