David Billiot - John Ehret (2nd) Raymond Howard - Shaw (1st) Cameron Sumrall - Hahnville (3rd)

2022 Division II runner-up Raymond Howard of Shaw had little trouble in getting to the finals via falls in 1:20 and 0:39.  John Ehret's David Billiot, however, did not succumb easily.  Howard outscored his across Barataria Boulevard neighbor 9-1 during the match, but could not score a fall until less that 30 seconds remained in the match, at 5:34.  Howard should be considered one of the favorites to win a Division III state championship in February.  Cameron Sumrall of Hahnville placed third via a 2:21 fall over East Jefferson's Emerson Carvajal-Salina.
