| Brusly's Dillon Prejean
did not care (or know) that he was gypped out of LA Wrestling News
photographs - he won the 195 pound weight class anyway. Prejean
actually dropped a match in Friday's pool round, losing to Bozeman's
Isaiah Shewman by a fall. But Shewman did not fare well enough to
make it into Saturday's championship bracket, whereas Prejean just got
better. In the finals he faced Arnold's Randy Cosack. At
first the match looked as it might be close and very exciting, as the
score was 4-4 after 41 seconds had elapsed. Cosack managed an
escape after 53 seconds, but Prejean took him down 11 seconds later, and
ended the match with a 1:55 fall for Brusly's last championship. |
