The lads did well, winning all but two of their matches.  Several were very close, though, and the Louisiana team put up five state champions and several runner-up.  They also have decades of experience and almost four times as many programs as Mississippi does.  If Mississippi takes advantage of matches like this and then matches in Alabama and the Florida pandandle, they might grow as fast as Arkansas did.
