Girls Matches Boys Matches

Rummel High School hosted the first match between Louisiana and Mississippi All-Star wrestlers on Saturday, March 9th.  Approximately 26 matches were held, including girls matches.  The LHSAA sanctioned girls wrestler for the 2024-25 season.  The MHSAA did so approximately three years ago.

On hand were various coaches and other dignitaries, as well as several high state placers from the 2024 LHSAA state championships who were asked to provide "color" analysis of the matches.

Mississippi coach David Sutherland, the Mississippi Outstanding Wrestler (I need a name), event organizer Chad Ravannack, Louisiana Outstanding Wrestler Samuel Favaza and Louisiana state team coach Raven Guidry; Guest commentators Cole Gross, Brandon Scott, Scott Cascio, I am not sure, Jackson Peak, (in from of Peak I do not know), Gunner Guidry, Landon Scott, Anthony Oubre and Nickolas DiGiorlamo; a much larger crowd than many expected.

Coaches Raven Guidry and Barrett Sanchez, Kenner Discovery coach Dan Erwin, Desiree Davis (Natalie's mother), Tonya Csazar (Raven's mother)
